The Rhyl East team were out in force again this evening. Pictured is the site of our proposed new minor injuries unit, a much needed facility, and supported by our Welsh Labour Government here in Wales. Whilst the local Tories make promises, Welsh Labour make commitments. #VoteLabour on 5th May!
